The Fractional Hub is a community for fractional workers and those looking to explore fractional work. We provide training, resources, coaching and consulting for fractional employment.
Our mission
First and foremost, we are champions of fractional work; our aim is to empower people to build a multi-faceted career that fits their lives.
Our story
Back in 2023, the three of us (Michael, Liam and Rachael) were living together in Da Nang, Vietnam. The pandemic had allowed for much more flexible working, and so we were able to travel while still working. Exploring in the mornings and working remotely in the evenings, we daydreamed about how the three of us could work together and keep that flexibility in our lives in the long term.
Two years later, the three of us are 100% remote. Michael, our founder, has been working fractionally as a project and program manager in creative agencies, as well as consulting for companies around the globe. Liam has taken a leap into the freelance world, working for multiple companies as a technical writing consultant, and Rachael is dividing the week between working in-house as a designer as well as freelancing in illustration.
